If you cannot see that Israel is a terrorist state then you're blind.

They're surrounded on all sides by people who would dance and sing songs at their obliteration.  But you're right - they have no right to defend themselves.  They should just give up and allow themselves to be herded into ovens... oh, wait.

Let's take a short stroll through memory lane...

Remember when some people wanted you to believe that Congress had such low approval ratings because of the congressional Democrats? Remember when these people borrowed the "do-nothing" moniker and tried to apply it to the Democrats, as if all the Repubelican filibusters and vetos never happened? Remember that?

Remember when Minnesota had a major douchebag for a Senator named Norm Coleman? Remember when that guy claimed to have just won the election and suggested regarding the automatic recount that "It's up to him (Franken) whether such a step is worth the tax dollars it will take to conduct," Coleman said, telling reporters he would "step back" if he were in Franken's position trailing in the vote. Remember that?

Those were the good ole days. Sniff.

How many Israelis/Jews have flown jets into high rises and/or military installations on U.S. soil?  How many of them have strapped bombs to themselves and murdered as many innocent civilians as possible?

QuoteThese people have been fighting since the stone age

No, they've been fighting ever since shortly after the holocaust when the world thought it would be a swell idea to locate a jewish homeland where the Palestinians were living.

Quoteand will be fighting until the end of time, no matter what we do.

Yea, just like we're still fighting those "taterskins".

Wrong, the jews and other ethnic groups have fought and fought over that area for thousands of years.

Both sides of this 'conflict' are farged up. The fact that we have so firmly aligned ourselves with either of them makes me farging sick.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Zero, which is the same number of Palestinians who have done so.  Or do you count Israel as American soil?

Not many.  Conversely, not many Palestinians have dropped thousands of bombs into refugee camps from multi million dollar jets.

We could arm both sides and just have them finish each other off.

Magical_Retard

Or we, the USA, could stop being a cheerleader for a nation we recieve no benefit from for supporting. We could stop arming them with the top weapons and financial aid. We could stop being a one sided bitch of Israel always there to defend even their most heinous acts passed off as "justified defense".

We could do a lot of things. But instead we will offer empty statements such as

"Hamas is a terrorist organization" ....where as Israel is peace loving puppy adopting govt that just wants to spread love.

"Israel is a democracy and thus must be defended" ....where as Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Saudia Arabia are mortal enemies?

"Israel has every right to defend itself" ...where as the Palestinians who lived oppressed in their own land where illegal settlements still continue have no rights and should stfu and take it like a man. Oh and BTW the truce that was negotiated? Yeah it does not matter if Israel broke it.

and BTW FFUUCCKK Obama for being a silent coward biatch. The political system and the supposed democracy is a disgrace.

This. It's funny how everything gets the black and white treatment. It's all shades of grey.

There are thousands of years of unrest in this area of the world. It's where most of our imaginary friend (religion) stories originate from. Certain sects of Muslim want to wipe out all Jewish and Christian sites from the area and I'm sure you can find the same on the other side somewhere. Whatever the details this is a religious war as are a good many wars throughout history. Jewish people went back to Israel because there has to be an Israel for the Messiah to appear. The Messiah in Jewish fame is not a God like character but a brilliant political leader in the spirit of King David. After something as horrific as the Holocaust I can understand the appeal. This is one of those walk a mile in someone elses shoes type things really. It's so easy to be judgemental over one group or another. Everyone has a reason for what they do. The United States westward expanssion was less justified.

In the end despite how their nation has been formed they are a nation and they are not going away. They are families raising their children and sending them to school. One side needs to acknowledge that. Hamas' stated goal is to wipe out Israel. Be realistic. It is not going to happen. On the other side of the coin Israel has to understand the ramifications of its actions and somehow allow people to live their lives. With both sides constantly at each others throats I don't know how a true solution is really possible though. This is the middle east. They'll be killing each other over sites didecated to Allah and yahweh for a thousand more years.

QuoteIn May 1968, Israel paid US$3,323,500 as full payment on behalf of the families of the 34 men killed in the attack. In March 1969 Israel paid a further $3,566,457 in compensation to the men who had been wounded. On 18 December 1980 Israel agreed to pay $6 million as settlement for the U.S. claim of $7,644,146 for material damage to the Liberty itself.[7]

Ha.  That's rather like the child paying back the father out of his weekly allowance for wrecking the new car drag racing.

Thus why I am not a fan of Israel.  My cousin was a Navy pilot and broke this down to me.
