Actually that was Dahani on that last pass, not Considine, but him blowing the tackle doesn't make him much better.

I don't expect Dhani to cover DeAngelo 1 v 1.  I already know he's terrible.

I expect a safety to be able to make that tackle easily, which Considine obviously didn't.
