Well, it's not all luck.  I make it a point to make the trip during times of day/week when there is less congestion in general... hell, I got all the way around the beltway with not as much as a slowdown.

I found some tickets but I'm reluctant to buy them so I'm so tight on budget right now.

yeah my boss at my old job had field seats right behind the visitors bench that he used to give away.  i think i'm just gonna go down and scalp them this year.
