Stop wearing the heart monitor, obviously. I'm a problem-solver.

Modestly better.

Of course you two are probably two of the more health-minded on this board, so it's even more downhill from here.

not run so fast at the high point or so slow at the low points

I'm laugh out louding at the idea of me being considered health-minded rather than pathologically vane vain and horrified at the idea of ever getting fat.

The correct response is "Don't call me Shirley." It's like you've never seen Airplane!.

Whatever the motivation, you're not fat.

Any of you have experience with sore/strained tendons? My biceps tendon in my left arm is killing me. Any tips for a quick recovery?

I can't afford a lot of time off, lest my wife bulk up beyond me and kick my ass. It's the tendon on the inside of my elbow between my bicep and forearm. Ice, heat?

the hardest part of my the last 6 months and getting in shape has been my cardio endurance.  today i was able to run start to finish for 4.5 miles.  my pace was only 9:11 min/mile (omg 9/11 never forget) but I was more happy about the distance and the fact that I did the whole thing without having to stop.
