I gotta go with the Raiders. I haven't seen anything positive about this team all year. They are probably not the team with the least talent, but their coaching is so atrocious it puts them over the top.

I'm gonna go with the Browns...cuz i live in that area.....and not only because they are bad now.....they've always been bad.  They've never had an OLine..and not looking .....at this point in history if they ever will.  Browns merchandise sits......guess because who's name would you really want on the back of the jersey?  Kinda sad...but just never been a cowboys fan. I would venture say most of Ohio is either an Ohio State fan or Bengals fan at this point.  The show glimmers now but we'll see.

To me, the Titans are the only team that even approaches the Raiders. Any team that was forced to start Kerry Collins in the year 2006 is a seriously flawed organization top-to-bottom.

Raiders. No doubt.  They have a few quality players, but that tea, seriously does not give a shtein about football.  It's too distracted by potential lottery wins, scoring points in "Who Wants To Hit A Cop", and having to look at Skeletor every Conference Call Wednesday.
