The show follows the book but they change some of the characters and story lines...but the main gist of the show they stick to. There's no Daryl...Meryl....T Dog or a few other characters. They're introducing Abraham next season who's a very good character. The guy who played Bull in Band of Brothers is playing him.

yeah it's on every Tuesday thru Thursday on HBO2 at 8 or 9.  i was watching it last night and they do look so much younger.  AJ is a fat little troll instead of a skinny emo douchebag

there are a few wire characters scattered throughout the seasons.  i believe omar is in an episode at the end of season 2 when jackie jr is hiding in the ghetto after he robs the card game

Yep...play in one good HBO series and you got a job for life on the channel.

And yes, it plays in a continuous loop.

its a limited run series...its like 6 eps or something with no guarantee to come back or run long

basically hes trying to change the perception of him. so hes taking in good parts and hes trying to win awards. doing what appears to be a good show with woody will get him that and score him points in the hollywood elite circles.

hes been doing the perception change thing and doing it well on the big screen for a few years now....I could see him doing tv after ghosts of girlfriends past but why now?

also isn't a tv show with woody harrelson and him pretty much guaranteed to come back

it could, yea. im not 1000% sure on the schedule but im sure its not going to be yearly 12 episode thing like a normal show. its going to be limited and certainly based around the availability of the 2 leads. thats why they took it.
