3 hours left.  The final season of Lost starting feels like Christmas Eve for me as a kid.   :paranoid

Yeah I don't get the hype on any network tv shows really. I started Dexter a few weeks back and blazed through seasons 1 and 2 on instant watch in Netflix. It might be the best show Ive ever followed. So good on so many levels. Can't wait for season 3 to arrive in mail.

Lost is the only network show that I watch.  I still watch 24 here and there but it's really just because I always have, not because I derive any substantial enjoyment from it.  Lost is the best show I've ever seen (and yes that includes the Wire as good as it is).  The fact that it's on ABC or that it's wildly popular makes it an easy target for people who don't watch the show but I think it's incredibly well done.

I'm not a huge TV watcher, but that Netflix over the xbox has sort of ruined watching anything in real time. I was just saying that to my wife tonight, actually. I just watched Heroes in next to no time. Was okay, but totally over-hyped. I watched Dexter that way, too...and it was great. The fourth season was the best, IMO.

You'll probably be let down by season 3. It's still very good, but IMO not as good as 1 or 2. That said, season 4 is by far the best one. That isn't out on DVD yet, but keep an eye out for it.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

My bro saw the premier of lost last Saturday in Waikiki near kaopelani park.  I know I butcher's that spelling Don ho. Either way my bro said the premier deserves a second watching

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

You done good bro.  We were out at Turtle Bay over the weekend.  Surf was firing.  Nicholas' initiation to the North Shore.  He had a blast.

They said a shtein load of people showed up to the premiere on Waikiki Beach Saturday night for Lost.  People were in line over night to get good seats.  I have got to give Ryan the full tour of all the different locations they have shot at the past six years.  Still see Sawyer all the time.  He eats at the Mexican joint right next to The Shack out here.

That series recap before tonight's episode was perfect.  The show finally makes sense.

i just downloaded the first season of Breaking Bad.  only saw one episode the other night but I can already tell it's going to be awesome.  that was one of the best first episodes i've ever seen, could have been a movie in itself.  i plan on using this snow storm to watch more.

good lookin

first season is a tad slow, lots of character development. but hang on until the second season. its farging fantastic and as good as anything outside of the wire. season 3 in march, get it done by then.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
