Most of these nominations suck. The only one I'd really like to see win is Michael C. Hall.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Yea, she was as good as usual. Not sure where you're going with that one.....

The BIGSTUD

Edie Falco might do the best job out of any actor on that show. She does a great job with Carm.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Maybe it's just me, but that police chief chick in Dexter has a weird look to her, but at the same time I find extremely hot.

Maybe it's those lips or that tan.

I wasn't disrespecting Edie Falco.  She's a great actress.

I meant that the Sopranos only had, what, 10 episodes last year and the show didn't even revolve around her character and Tony.

In seasons past when the show focused on her and Tony's relationship, it didn't get much better, and she was totally deserving of whatever awards she received or was nominated for.  That's all.

More to the point, though, her inclusion this time is more of an indictment on television's limited number of excellent female leads in general.

Seabiscuit36

I caught SNL last night for the first time in a while.  Justin timberlake had a SNL Digital short music video that was farging great.  Im looking on youtube to find the damn video.

Anyone know what the deal is with this FX show "Dirt?"  All I know is that it's got Courtney Cox and that FX has been pimping it for about over a month now and it doesn't come on until January.  But I have no clue what the show is about.  I can only imagine that it's going to be in line with some of the other shows that FX has been putting out lately that have a real dark side to them like Nip/Tuck and Rescue Me.....only probably not as good.

Seabiscuit36

havent heard anything about it sarge, but FX did have another good show a year and a half ago "Over There", but it only lasted one season.

That's the only reason I didn't mention it.  It was a good show though.  The only thing that would have made that show more realistic would have been if they had shown all the soldier's wives and girlfriends cheating on them back in the states.

Gee, I wonder why you said that.

Dirt is an FX television series that will premiere on January 2, 2007. The series will star Courteney Cox as Lucy Spiller, the editor-in-chief of two tabloid magazines. The character of Spiller is said to resemble Bonnie Fuller of Star Magazine.[1] Ian Hart stars as Don, a schizophrenic photographer and Lucy's right-hand man. Will McCormack plays Lucy's brother Leo. Rick Fox, the former professional basketball player, will have a recurring role as a high-profile basketball player with maritial problems.[2]
