Episode 4 was where I bailed. Liked the setting and all that just couldn't get into the plot theme.

Yup. Seemed a little all over the place to me. I hung in there for a few more episodes, but eventually, I just decided I didn't care. For me, it would have been a better one season arc. And I know people love it. There were things I liked about it, but after awhile I just didn't care whether I watched or not, and I don't have enough time for that.

finally was able to get the hbo go app to work on my tablet...looks like it has every hbo series ever...i think i'll watch the wire since i missed it the 1st time around....60 episodes.  could take me a while.

then maybe i'll go back and re-watch deadwood.
