why does boardwalk not get more love....its a fantastic show

because the number of people who like it better than BB are few and far between
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

not suprising considering this is america and I don't expect it to getting bb attention but it gets NONE
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

MDS

yeah its not in the cultural zeitgeist (i hate that phrase)

theres really no telling how shtein winds up in there...i mean it took BB 5 years to get there...but BE is a period piece drama starring an ugly troll and everyone is in goofy costumes. plus for most people its a good not great show.

i have no clue who watches the show...but like most hbo shows its going to be watched by stuffy rich white college educated people because thats who gets hbo.

in fact i remember reading the most common viewer for girls was a middle aged white dude

this is a small minority (but growing) of people thinking that the BB finale was a look into Walter's fantasy of revenge as he froze to death in the car he couldn't start

i'm not sure i buy it all the way but some of the points make sense
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

MDS

if that was the case vince would have made it obvious...or said something

the show never did that kind of thing. hes not a dude who does dream sequences nonsense. he deals in absolutes. what you saw was the ending. like it hate it whatever.

I think that's bullshtein for a whole host of reasons. I'm not going to bother typing them, because it's pointless...but that angle makes way less sense than what was actually on the screen, especially from a storytelling perspective. Okay, I'll type one thing that sticks out. Walt couldn't have fantasized anything to do with Jesse being held prisoner, because he didn't know anything about it. The whole premise is stupid.
