The trick is where do they go from here?

Starting watching the Newsroom last night. Seems like a decent show, I like the format and how they incorporate the news stories into the plot. The show would be better without the associate producer/intern Margaret. Annoying character. One thing I hate especially about modern tv is how there's an immediate witty retort to everything. I prefer regular speech patterns and actual real life conversations. The whole rushed clever response format wreaks of trying to be smarter and edgier than other shows half of which do the same thing.

I'm only on the second episode and already hoping she gets hit by a bus. This is where mds steps in and says "actually her character is really well written"

no shes much too cartoonish and doesnt find it in the show, same really goes for mac

sorkin didnt exactly write the women of this show all that well. though i do dig olivia munns character mostly because i want to eat her butt

finally caught the season premier of dexter last night.  it was annoying with all it's conveniences, until the last 3 minutes.  that was good shtein.

Then the 2nd episode was sucky all the way through.

i didn't hate it, after the past two seasons of garbage anything is ok.

Good premier for the Walking Dead. They followed the graphic novel pretty close. In the graphic novel it was Dale who had his leg bit then chopped off, but of course they killed him off already.

Homeland sucked for the most part until the end which was decent. Still waiting to see where they go from here.

The one very surprising development last night was very surprising to me. Like Leo DiCaprio in "The Departed" almost.

Thought they were going to make that guy a main villain going into next season. Guess not.

Walking Dead premiere had 10+ million viewers....suck it, Dish Network!

caught a few back episodes of Jeff Ross The Burn. Pretty funny stuff. Favorite part when he  interviewed the porn star and went down on her crotch, then let out a "Riiiiicolaaa"

boardwalk empire just keeps getting better...god its really good....easily the best show on tv right now
