i'm not done, but it was a soft way to end a season.

I had high expectations for that final battle.....then it ends up that almost 1/4 of it was just Peter punching Sylar around. It was almost like director got 1 minute into the fight, checked the specials effects budget & realized they were out of money. I almost expected to see one of them throwing nerf darts at the other while yelling "lightning bolt!!...lightning bolt!!....lightning bolt!"

i'm glad you wiped your tears away long enough to type that...woman

Some conspiracy theorists say that peter absorbed Nathan's power (or already had it)...nathan launched peter into space & flew away...peter blew up and regenerated....and season two will beging with everyone intact. 'Cept for the stupid cop.

peter already should've had Nathan's powers, that's why it didn't make sense that he didn't just fly himself away in the first place

...but... but... he'd lost control of his powers because of going nuclear!

The only excuse I could think of, that if he tried to switch powers, he would have exploded on the spot.

I was more irritated that Sylar could be quick enough to stop Parkman's bullets, but not be able to react to a slow, pudgy asian running at him with a sword from 10 yards away.

The only thing I don't get is that because peter had the cheerleaders powers, he was going to survive the nuclear blast according to peter's mom and brother...

I don't get how he was going to be able to survive in the first place. Wouldn't he be blown to smithereens?

Also, if the cheerleader would have shot him, him going nuclear would have been prevented? I got lost there.

Basically, all the questions can be answered thusly:

The writing of the season finale was abhorrent, and that's being kind.

phattymatty

In episode 2F09, when Itchy plays Scratchy's skeleton like a xylophone, he strikes the same rib twice in succession, yet he produces two clearly different tones.  I mean, what are we to believe, that this is some sort of a [the three nerds chuckle] magic xylophone or something?  Boy, I really hope somebody got fired for that blunder.

HA!  Matty you just became my hero.

You'd think his ability to urinate across a street - literally curb to curb - would have already given him that status.

I was unaware of this skill.  Thats damn impressive.

You all would do the same if Battlestar Gallatica got canceled you all know it.

Obviously, none of us would be around to whine about it, since the universe will implode the day BSG gets cancelled, duh!!  :-D

Dear Heroes writers,

Please watch the Lost finale to see how it is done.

Thanks
