finished SUCCESSION

kendall mother. farging. roy.

the long wait to season 3 begins
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Season two ending was legit mic drop holy shtein

Don't know if anyone watches Homeland (showtime is free on Fios in April)...the series finale just aired, they ended it as well as could be expected.

MDS

ive been finally reading up on the show on the dude who plays kendall is basically the character. hes either became the character or was like that and they wrote it for him. cousin greg is the same. its uncanny.

starting LITTLE FIRES EVERYWHERE next because there is no content left to consume

I was extremely happy with the end of S2 of Succession.

Dude that plays Kendall was also in Selma.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Big fan. Jordan is the ultimate sports alpha and the greatest competitor in any of our lifetimes. I'm glad they covered the Pistons in depth (real reason Jordan is who he is). They glazed over that storyline in the 30 for 30 Bad boys but seeing the abuse he was taking gives me an all new respect for how damn tough he is. He still hates them to this day which is farging great. God damn Carmen Electra is still a smoke bomb. They keep trying to paint Krause as the villain but it's hard to really despise the guy when he was the architect and none of the players had any respect for him.

how to fix a drug scandal - new netflix documentary on the Massachusetts drug testing lab scandal in the early 2010's that most people probably have heard of but this goes way more in depth and is an excellent four or five hour covid watch

parks and rec reunion made me cry.  I love the show but really need to hit a dirty bar and see people.

SD

Dirty money on Netflix is pretty good. Almost to the Trump episode

i didnt cry but thought it was great. just fun to see everyone again.

theres no reason every show shouldnt do this. nobody is doing anything and it cant be hard to crank out 20 minutes of nostalgia

reminder that most people are stupid and terrible.

outer banks on Netflix.  I don't watch trailers for movies or tv so in my head this was like a jersey shore reality knockoff set in the outer banks.

it's not, it's a scripted drama, kinda goonies style about hunting for a shipwreck.

really terrible acting but I didn't hate it yay quarantine.

if you like melodramatic soapy shtein with shouting and lies and family secrets then dive in. its exceptional until the end which i hated pretty much every aspect of.

I started Bosch on Prime.

When it first came out I avoided it because I was still knee deep in the Michael Connelly book series that it's based on. So the difference between book and show was bothering me.

But it's been awhile since I've read the books so I started this. It's pretty good.

Daniels is the LA police commish
Marlo plays Bosch's partner
And in season two I see Ziggy plays an LAPD detective
