I couldn't watch the whole thing.  Zero laughs for the first 2 minutes or so, so I shut it off.

If it didn't have the Garcia bit in it I wouldn't have even posted it.  It's the lone funny part of the entire clip but definately not funny enough to compensate for the rest of it.

I don't know - Peyton licking his own balls was worth a chuckle.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.
