i'm kinda new to torrents so i don't even really know how to create one.  have used soulseek for a long time now.  but this is 10x better.  plus i've only done about 1.5 G so far, i don't think I have to worry about it until i get to 5G, right?

I do plan on uploading a bunch when I have time though.

that site is farging awesome, only takes like 30 sec for an entire album sometimes.

Seabiscuit36

Really all i do is keep the torrents up after they are downloaded.  And keep azerus active.  If you get alot of the underground stuff there are only 5-10 peeps who are sharing it so you'll have alot of uploading from that.  I've done one upload directly to the site: Porn Theatre Ushers CD that took me 3 times just to get it right, then i got told someone had upped it a month before.

I'm looking for the easiest way to rip cd's and up them, when i find out i'll shoot the process over to you.

thats what confuses me a little.  if i upload off the site using azereus, i'll show up as a seeder on the site?  how does it know?  because not all people use azereus. although something is definitely happening because i've uploaded like 50MB and haven't done anything.

Seabiscuit36

thats basically it, you seed.  It doesnt matter what torrent program your using, it just makes sure you are seeding and you get upload credits for it.  What i do sometimes Phatty is look for an new album on tuesdays that just got uploaded.  Get it and basically be one of the first seeders.  I was on ratio watch for a while in the beginning but i started that getto system to get my ratio where it is now.

hip hop is like jazz.  way too much of it to get started late in life.  i've got eight or ten jazz albums I love, but I'm daunted by how much other stuff there is, so I keep paying into the much more considerable investment I've made in rock, and it continues to pay off.

how the hell a guy like me is supposed to find and appreciate crap like the above, I have no idea.  It would be nice if I had the energy.

also, it bears repeating over and over again...most rap I run into is shtein.  I've already honed my shtein avoidance skills with rock..so I don't have to be bothered by all the shtein rock that's out there (apologies to McLusky)...

I'm rambling, you get my drift

sounds like a fascninating tape.  vigy, how about you send us all a copy and we can have a symposium on it??
