Marc Narducci, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Philadelphia Eagles WR Jeremy Bloom will likely take a financial hit by choosing the NFL over skiing. His father, Larry Bloom, said, "He has made a lot of money skiing and could have continued to, but he is playing football for the love of the game." Andy Carroll, CEO of Icon Sports Group and the company that represents his endorsements, promotions and marketing, did not divulge his earnings from endorsements but said "seven figures is a fair number." Bloom currently has endorsements with Under Armour apparel, Rip It, 24 Hour Fitness, GNC and Bolle. Most of his contracts with those companies will expire after this year, but it is possible Bloom could renew with some or all of the companies. Mike Ornstein, owner of Sports Link, said, "I don't think sponsors will do a lot before he makes the team and shows he can produce, only because he hasn't played football in a while. he fact that he is a good-looking guy and has a good story, if he can perform, he has an opportunity to make (marketing) money."

i really doubt moguls guys go 60 mph, much less 120 mph.  i'm pretty sure the record for downhill guys is in the 90s somewhere and those dudes go twice as fast as moguls dudes.
