By the way - the corksucking Marlins are talking shtein;

QuoteFlorida lefthander throws down gauntlet
By Todd Zolecki
Inquirer Staff Writer

Them's fightin' words.

Scott Olsen, a rookie lefthander for the Florida Marlins who was ejected Sunday at Citizens Bank Park for hitting Abraham Nuñez with a pitch after he surrendered three home runs and seven runs in the third inning of a 10-7 loss to the Phillies, said he had been happy to learn he wouldn't be suspended.

"I want to make that start Saturday," Olsen told the Palm Beach Post on Wednesday. "I want to ruin the Phillies' season."

Marlins righthander Brian Moehler is scheduled to face lefthander Jamie Moyer tonight at Dolphin Stadium, where the Phillies open their final series with the National League wild card still to be decided. Olsen will face lefthander Randy Wolf tomorrow afternoon.

There were rumblings that Marlins lefthander Dontrelle Willis might not face righthander Brett Myers in Sunday's season finale because he had thrown 222 innings this year. But he is expected to pitch. There seemed to be little doubt that Willis would also like a shot at ending the Phillies' season.

That appeared to be a Marlins theme.

"I don't like them," reliever Taylor Tankersley told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "I don't want to see them get in... . At this point, that's our only motivation - to not let the Phillies get in."

Yo Olsen...cry me a river, bitch. I hope you get smashed in the face by a Howard line drive.

MDS

What? People don't like the Phillies? Wait a minute. Teams have problems with other teams that do nothing but lose and choke and lose and choke? Huh. Um. Ok.

BTW Lance Berkman could win MVP.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

going back to the game last night, i know theres a lot of burrell hatred from most phils fans, for good reason, including me in that group, but taking him out in the 6th last night was retarded.

hit the warning track twice, had a single, and an oufield assist.  he was the only one doing anything.

Don Ho

hell with the playoffs.  After reading those comments from the marlins dickwads I hope we beat the living shtein out of them, I don't give a damm what's on the line.  iceholes. :boom

Quote"[The long wait] wasn't good, but I can tell you one thing: We battled hard," said staring pitcher John Lieber, who allowed three runs in 5 1/3 innings. "They just battled harder than us.

Same thing I told my son's 10 year old flag football team when we were beaten by a younger team of 7-9 year old's.  Well actually I said "You guys farging suck."

How can a team in last place with nothing to play for play harder than a team looking to stay 1 game back in the Wild Card? Losers.

The scoop down here is Frank Robinson isn't likely to be back next season, the management wants to head in a different direction, but the players love the guy, and want to send him out on a high note. That said:

The Fillies can suck my balls for loosing two of three. Sacks of shtein.

Nice quote from Kevin Mill...er, Jon Lieber. Has he been taking Joe Gibbs media classes? Dolt. Way to get over and cover first icehole.

Hanley Ramriez triples...and scores.

Burrell doubles accidentally, moved over to 3rd and scores on a dribbler to the mound.

Tied 1-1.

Oh my god.

Burrell crushes a 3R HR.

He owns Moehler.

Great to see you finally stepping up, Pat. Too little too late, shteinface.

4-1 Phils.

Oh so NOW he shows up.  :-D

Yep.

Seasons over so its Pats time to shine. He's in Miami and has South Beach on his mind.

MDS

They'll probably lose this by a game, again. Seems typical.
