Royals have top pick in Tuesday's MLB Draft

The best position player is Long Beach State infielder Evan Longoria,

phillies will draft some guy no ones ever heard of and we will never hear his name for another 3 seasons.

Shouldn't be too difficult here. I don't know dick about a single prospect. Couldn't care less. Maybe I should use some work time to do some research.

Phils just selected Drabek.  One of the best athletes in the whole draft but teams were scared off by his attitude and past drinking problems...

the draft show says he has the best stuff and arm in the entire draft....had some off the field issues which is why he dropped...called it a steal and a tremendous pick

Kyle Drabek, the son of former major league pitcher Doug Drabek, is doing more than enough to make a name for himself in the game of baseball. Kyle led his Woodlands team to a 28-6 record this season, a #8 ranking in the state of Texas and a #28 ranking in Baseball America. Ranked as the top-pitching prospect in the class of 2006, Kyle put together an incredible season going 11-1-1 in 16 starts. He pitched 77 innings on his way to 155 strikeouts, a 0.82 ERA and only nine earned runs. Kyle was just as impressive at the plate where he led the team in hits (46), on base average (.576) and batting average (.479). Kyle also was second on the team in homeruns (6) and slugging percentage (.771). Kyle joins Ryan Jenkins and Aaron miller as members of the Houston Heat, who won the World Wood Bat Championships last October in Ft. Myers, FL.
