The carnage is over.

13-4.

Alex Gonzalez K's and the ball gets away and he doesn't even run to 1st. He is now batting a wonderful .080. A run would've scored on that and not that it matters much, but RUN TO 1st LOSER.
Shoulda never dumped the pieman.
Alert, alert. Look well at the rainbow. The fish will be running very soon.

I said if the Packers don't budge in their asking price then we wouldn't get him. They asked for a first and we didn't. Prediction correct.  :yay  ;)

you also predicted:

QuoteIf all the teams that want him address their receiver needs in the draft, the market will even be thinner than it is now.

I say if he's not traded by monday he won't be dealt at all.

The Phils fans do it up at Shea too. But I agree, I hate it when I see the stadium filled with losers from Queens.

Anyways, enough about the Mets fans. F the bums.

No thoughts on Hamels possibly coming up Friday?

Not yet. Rain was coming down for a while but it seems to have eased up for the moment. 2 outs, top 1st, Beltran on 1st.

Holy shtein Rowand just made one of the greatest catches in Major League history. Absolutely unblelievable. He's hurt bad, his nose is bleeding, looks like its broke.

SunMo

that was maybe the best catch i've ever seen.

he just became a philly legend.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

The BIGSTUD

I first though he collided and tore his rotator cuff. If it's only a broken nose he won't miss a game for that. He won't come back tonight though.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

I was thinking that when he was walking off the field to a standing O. Next thing I did was check how much a Rowand Jersey would go for.

Wow.

Seriously, I don't recall ever seeing a better catch. Unbelievable. He had to know it was going to be a nasty collision.

They shouldn't be able to live with themselves if they lose this game.
