This story about the rogue ex-LAPD officer is crazy. I was just reading his manifesto and he's going to off people until they catch him. They're pulling motorcycle cops off patrol for fear he runs them down and they've already unloaded on a truck that looks like his only to reveal it was two innocent civilians.
