Bach Rescue Remedy cream is excellent, highly recommended. You can get it at health food stores and such.

i'm going to asia for a few weeks for no reason at all. i can usually rock other countries but i've already been warned that they dont put up with my kind in the places i'm going to.

i was with russell tonight so he knows i love him.

japan mostly but hitting bangkok/phuket for a week or so in the middle.

Never been to Japan, but Bangkok is great and Phuket is incredible. Go to Patong Beach, it's a short ride from Phuket. I've been to some crazy places, but nothing compares to that place. Not even Tijuana. My buddy went there to train MMA. He laughed when I told him every girl there is a hooker. First thing he says to me when he comes back is "you were right". There are a bunch of bars around the main strips and a club called Sharkys. The shopping is great because everything is a knock off and cheap and people will sell you beer out of a cooler on every street corner.
