i know one thing that Manassas has, the esteemed Northern Virginia Community College, and i'll be damned if they aren't going to have the finest stairways in the state of Virginia

Richmond has Shockoe Slip which used to be one of the best party spots for college kids in the country.  It's been 20 years since I was there last, but back in the day it was cool as hell.
