I'm not interested in seeing video of a woman dying....so tell me...why did the EMTs refuse services?

I didn't watch it, there is an article below it.

Can't you see I'm eating here, bitch!?!

pretty much the same thing i said to some "homeless" dude trying to bum a smoke off me while i was eating on the sidewalk patio at hennessee's in san diego a few years ago.  of course, i doubt he died from my reluctance to offer help.

Picked up the iPod Touch 64G for the Mrs. for Xmas.

Jesus - this thing is amazing.    I opened it and charged it so she won't have to on Friday morning and the stuff this thing can do is ridiculous.

I got it at Best Buy for the list price of $399 but they gave me 18 months interest free financing which offsets the 50 bucks I'd save if I got it on Amazon.

Seriously - get.

Meh, it was just a video of the news cast not the actual event.  Perhaps the real thing will be on LiveLeak in a few days.  I cannot see any way out of this for the EMT's...they let this woman die because they were having coffee.
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

They were on break

Absolutely.  The union was out on strike a long time to earn that break benefit and you can kiss their ass cause there gonna take it.   Mission Accomplished

gotta love christmas shopping, and finishing the trip at the liquor store.  We have two great liquor stores  by my place, and i've apparently made friends at both stores as i got free booze.  When the people working there get happy to see you it may be a sign i'm there too often

It's actually 100 bucks less for the iPhone, Sassy, but that's only a 32GB model.  The down side is you have to sign a contract with AT&T for two years and purchase a data plan for a minimum of 30 bucks extra per month.  She likes the phone she has now and honestly the extra 30 bucks a month is something we'd prefer not to piss away on a farging cell phone.
