Morgan Freeman in serious condition after car accident

Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman was seriously injured in a car accident in Mississippi on Sunday night according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Police report that Freeman, 71, was driving eastbound on Highway 32 near the town of Ruleville, Miss., around 11:30 p.m. when his car left the road and flipped several times.
Police say Freeman and a female passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle and the actor was flown to a hospital in Memphis, Tenn., where he was listed in serious condition. There was no word on the condition of the passenger.

a tropical storm is just a lot of rain and wind, like a long thunderstorm

a hurricane might farg some shtein up, but unless you're in the worst place in the world to put a city when one hits, you'll be back to work in a day or two tops

I hope it cancels work for the rest of the week.

If it's just a tropical storm, you MAY get the day it hits off, depending on how close you are to the coast.  If you're inland, you may still get to go to work in just some sloppy weather.

Well, I'm about 35 miles from Galveston, where it is expected to hit. They are predicting about 5-8 inches of rain (which means we will get about 1).

I drive all day, going to see my customers. So if it's too bad, raining and windy, then I'll cash it in and chill at home or the office. I need a break from driving so much anyways.
