I steamed up Dungeness crab legs last night, first time I have had them. I'd say its a taste somewhere between blue crabs and snow crabs. Very good

I made Pulled Pork sandwiches, just some Pork Shoulder, Sticky Fingerz eastern carolina bbq sauce, a little vinegar and some beer.  Freaking delicious.  Only problem is i burned the living farg out of my tongue, 1/4 of it is completely devoid of tastebuds
