Which part of Tennessee?  TN and Kentucky are absolutely gorgeous states, depending on exactly where you would be.  Plus, cost of living is pretty damned good.

knoxville area.  i come down every now and again, so i know the area and yes, it's super cheap to buy a house.  for what it costs for an 800 square foot condo i could buy a 6 bedroom mansion here.  but i'd still be in tennessee.

Caught this one about a mile south of the Chesapeke Bay Bridge. 38", 24 lbs. Not as big as the last one I posted, but a nicey none the less. Fed the whole family.
