I love my job sometimes.

I had an appraisal to do this morning at a place up the road in a gated community. These are nice houses, guys. 5,000 square feet and up on 5+ acres most of them.

Anyway, I get there early, knock on the door... no answer. No problem, I'll just start taking my photos and measurements.

I go around the back of this mansion to the pool area, and what do I see? Yep, you guessed it, a 19 year-old hottie in a bikini lounging by the pool. It was the daughter of the property owner.
