Again, I have to ask:  why is a guy like this on the street at all?

He shoots and kills one person and wounds a goddamn 8 year old with his illegally possesed, carried, handgun 11 years ago.  And  he's back out on the streets with the rest of us?

He should have gone away for 35 years on the gun charges..and had he this pathetic scene would not have occured.

Watch him get 5 years on this, all but 6 months suspended.

Couldn't agree more. Don't come at people if you aren't ready to get beat down. The dude defended himself, yeah he used excessive force and should have stopped but I give him kudos for teaching them bitches a lesson.
