Maybe the rapture happened, but only three or four people were worthy, so no one has missed them yet...and instead of merciful, cataclysmic endtimes, we're going to just be left to slowly kill ourselves just like we're already doing.

I only know of it because the pit bull shelter featured in the show is from the LA area and I remember hearing about it on the news. I watched an episode out of curiosity and the shelter is run by a woman who employs parolees to work with abandoned and abused pits, along with some that were fighters.

Sounds like the story you saw on the news was some sort of prequel.

That is amazing.

Tornadoes are some scary shtein. After living in Alabama, Kansas and Texas and experiencing these things I don't screw around when there are warnings out. I remember having funnel clouds over our house in Kansas one spring and it scared the ever living shtein out of me.
