Violate a web sites TOS? Could mean jail time

Yes, this could easily fall into the O'Fallon, MO thread that doesn't exist, but it's a national thing now being decided by the courts of California.

QuoteWarning to computer users: You could be facing jail time for creating a fake profile online.

After a Missouri mother was convicted on Nov. 26 of accessing computers without authorization in a landmark cyberbullying trial, legal experts said the outcome could mean anyone who violates a Web site's service terms is subject to prosecution.

"Any time you now go to a Web site and violate the terms of service, you have committed a crime," said Matt Levine, a New York-based defense attorney and former federal prosecutor. "This is not what Congress had in mind when they created the law."

i've been going hunting over the past few weeks, i need a rifle for deer as i learned it sucks ass being 100yds away from a large buck and unable to take a good shot with a 12ga sabot slug.  I've been looking into military surplus Mosin Nagants http://www.impactguns.com/store/surplus_military_guns.html  freaking prices are ridiculous.  There are multiple sites selling them dirt cheap since the Russian Army is unloading them after the fall the empire

haha, you have been playing COD too much to want to hunt with one of them. really it depends where you hunt. if your in the woods then you don't need a long range gun, like you would if you were out west with more wide open spaces. if you think you will hunt for awhile to come its worth buying something new, more modern. if your going to collect guns then get the mosin

the mosin would be a dual purpose.  Its 99 bucks, and a relic.  Plus i'd love to see how a 7.62 shell handles a deer.  Where i hunt is a huge 1000 acre farm.  3 deer stands, all viewing both the large field, and towards the Sassafras river.  We were out last sunday, the weather sucked ass, and even worse was the shot i took with my Browning Auto5 shotgun.  farging slug hit the Doe from about 60yds out, but didnt drop it.  Then it left me searching in the woods for almost an hour trying to pick up tracks in the rain.

yea i didn't think those guns would be that cheap. the only other thing is, how compatible are they with modern scopes. still for that price, you can't beat it.

exactly.  I had no idea they were that cheap, but i looked at multiple sites and they run from about 70 bucks up to 700 for the sniper version.
