What? Why? Because Glew IS NOT A #1 WR and was pushed into that role last year?  ???

The guy thrived as a #3, dont' shove him out because he didn't play well as the #1 in place of TO.

I said that partly because when MURP and I were watching the DAL game at the Linc I was pimping Billy Mac to him all night.

And also...McMullen at least fights for the ball. I didn't like what I saw out of Lewis at all last year. Number 1 or not, he just didn't play well at all.

But like FF said, it is hard to choose. It would come down to TC and who plays STs the best.

every time i hear or see the name Finneran, i see him getting the ball ripped out of his hands by the Cardinals defender during the game the Eagles crapped down their pants quite some time ago.

Signing Finneran would be the equivalent of signing another mediocre blocking, pass catching TE...who lines up further from the line.  I'd take him, but the signing would be pretty mediocre.

The more I think about it the more I like the idea of Finneran. It's fairly meh but every little bit helps. Also, someone mentioned earlier that the team already has enough 'complimentary WRs'. I would STRONGLY disagree with that. You MIGHT be able to argue that Pinkston and McCants could be complimentary receivers. Or you could easily argue that Everyone other than Brown sucks goat scrot and should be burlap-sacked and tossed in the river.

this is all i care about Finneran, can he catch the ball, can he make tough catches?  if so, he's fine for the slot.  but that's all they're getting, other than a draft pick.  Reggie will be #1, Pinky #2 and Finneran #3, GLew #4
