There are no actual changes to the Moulds situation. No.

There are, however, Gargano-based rumors that the Texans and Moulds have agreed to terms of a new deal. The rumors also state that the Eagles wouldn't come close Moulds' asking price. However, he is still property of the Bills, and no trade has been worked out.

If you believe Gargano, the Eagles are almost definitely out of it.
If you don't believe Gargano, the Eagles probably were never seriously into it anyway.

Yet, if you believe Eddie George, the Eagles will use cash over cap to sign Mounds.
