Lemar Marshall was a safety coming out of Michigan State and while on our PS in 1999. Now he's a MLB.

Cato June is 6'0 227 and was a safety at Michigan. Granted he is a WIL though.

Those are the only two DBs turned LBs I can think of right now. Maybe ge99 would know some more. But I think Mike could do it.
