Just read on a Bills MB that Moulds' agent was on Buffalo radio stating that there IS NO deal done, they are still in talks with both teams.

Apparently, WGR 550 radio in Buffalo is currently reporting that the Eagles and Texans have come to contract terms with Moulds' agent, but neither of the teams has worked out compensation with the Bills yet.
