But over time... that's what the Eagles "smart shopping" has gotten them.

Sure not all these guys are FA's... but there have been definite instances over the years where FA WR upgrades were available and instead the Eagles tried to sell us on the upside of guys like Greg Lewis.

ESPNews reports the Philadelphia Eagles are turning up their interest in Buffalo Bills WR Eric Moulds, who remains on the trading block.

ESPN.com's John Clayton reports trade talks are heating up with the Buffalo Bills regarding WR Eric Moulds. A trade could be completed as soon as Thursday, March 30. The Philadelphia Eagles are considered one of two teams favored to land Moulds. Moulds will have to restructure his contract for the Eagles and that doesn't appear to be a problem.
