Does anyone remember when the United States' athletes were a symbol of pride? When we were young they were respected as hard workers and over-achievers. They competed with heart and cried when the national anthem was played. This Olympics has reconvinced me that the athletes in this country have lost any semblence of pride or notion of what it means win or lose with grace. They don't seem to care and the one's that do care are such primadonna's that you can't help but smirk when they stumble.

The women's hockey team choked. The downhill skiers choked. The boardercross chick was a good 50 yards in the lead and showboated her way to second. The men's hokcey team sucks. Anton Ohno was a lock to make the finals and decided to pass someone right before the finish line and choked himself out of the finals. The males speed skaters fight with each other like bitches.
