I've done that before.  I'm just tired and I don't really feel like seeing a bunch of morons wearing pig noses sing Hail to the taterskins after Novak finally makes a field goal well into the third quarter.  Thats not my idea of a football game.

Not to mention they're all racists.  How can you support a team with the name taterskins?  They should all be ashamed.

You're forgetting the Doug Williams factor. I used to work with a guy who wasn't a Skins fan but wore an authentic Williams jersey because he was the only black QB to win a Superbowl. I explained to him what you said above but he didn't seem to care.

What the hell does that have to do with George preston Marshall?
He's the reason a lot of black fans became Dallas fans.

Why would a black man want to root for a team whose owner said that?  It took a warning from the friggin secretary of the interior to get Marshall to integrate.

How is that relevant to today's taterskins?  It isn't.  IGY thinking the name taterskin is somehow derogatory just continues the cartoonery that is IGY.
