2 of my favorite posters are guys that you don't see here or the EMB much. One of them (Westbrook36) came up with some background showing that the Eagles actually outspent the Skins over the past 4 years, which has caused Skins fans to spin so much, water is running down my drain clockwise.

In another similar thread that I was looking at earlier Pocono (very good cap guy) posted some info. Art disputed it and Poco admitted he made a mistake by including the 2000 season. Art corrected him on that but refused to admit to what Poco posted that was fact. He danced right around it.

BTW...WB36 is PatsSteaks on the EMB, I think.

Kevin Mawae, Jeff Hartings, Matt Birk, Mike Flanagan, Olin Kreutz and Tom Nalen are all better centers. Casey Wiegmann and Robbie Tobeck are just as good

Nothing in this thread undermines the fact that the taterskins have been, are now, and always will be an organization that is superior to the Eagles in every meaningful and measurable way. That's nothing for the Eagles to be ashamed of...Having the same number of SBs as the Lions and the Cards..that's shameful!

The cap, even without the new CBA, is jumping up nearly $10 million. How badly do you have to backload everyone's contracts to be under an $85 million cap one year and have serious problems getting under a $94.5 million cap the next? That's all I'm saying.

But, once again, if you are so in awe of their system (which is much simpler than you think), why aren't you a fan?

Look, I don't know about anyone else, but I thought when the Skins signed Gibbs, it would be two or three years before he at least got them over the .500 mark. He's a great coach, there is really no disputing that. What I didn't know is that the Eagles would hit the cellar and lose two games to the bastiches. That was something I don't think anyone predicted. The fact we have a supposed Eagle fan here who sounds like a taterskins fan, bets on them when they play the Eagles, and takes my money, sucks major elephant ass.

If nothing else, I can't wait for a healthy McNabb to get out on the field and put those Goddamn Deadskins in thier farging place, and take igy's money so I can point and laugh at the farging taterskins agian.

I'm surprised they didn't mention Rabach.  He's their center and is thus coached by Gibbs and thus rules all.
