Office Space is another great 90's movie. I know since it has developed such a strong following that all the contrarians try to make it out to be overrated. It is still my favorite comedy of all-time.

The most overrated 90's movie to me is The Sixth Sense. I swear that people were just so obsessed with the twist that they ignored the fact that the rest of the movie was mediocre at best.

i thought gump was great.  it has lost some luster over the years because of how much it gets shown on tv, but that doesn't take away from how good it was in the theater. 

and munson somehow managed to accurately describe castaway.  meh, but good meh.  i thought the movie was pretty good up until he actually got rescued, then it starting going down hill.  probably becaused of the increased amount of camera time helen hunt started getting.

Goodfellas - really good but really overrated and has an unwatchable last half hour

The Matrix - disgusting

Magnolia - interminable

Saving Private Ryan - gets turned off after the amazing first 20 minutes

Pulp Fiction - classic but to long...blueberry pancakes suicide inducing

Fight Club - psuedo intellectual garbage

American History X - great for an r rated after school special

In the Name of the Father - havent seen cant imagine its anything more than a C

Clerks - could this be less funny?

Silence of the Lambs - top ten movie of all time...certainly a great argument can be made

Shawshank Redemption - lol

Unforgiven - not even the best movie of its year...not even the best best picture nominee of its year

Braveheart - ehhh

The Usual Suspects - excellent movie but once you see the ending there really is no reason to ever watch again and it has billy baldwin in it

Reservoir Dogs - great movie but not an easy watch

Se7en - probabvly another top 10 movie of all time and a worthy contender
