Nobody is really talking bad about Jamaal Jackson.  Have the Eagles found their new Center? Is Fraley done?

If we just kept the same two guys, Fraley and Jackson, I'd rather have Jackson start. Fraley is a good C/G backup. I'd still rather have LeCharles Bentley though.

but yes and yes...i like what alonzo's done in limited time. certianly handles the 3-4 a little better. and there's not as much of a bum rush up the middle since fraley went down

Jackson works for me.  Haven't ever really been that impressed with Fraley.  Sure he's done an admirable job of starting, but he's nothing spectacular.  If Jackson may be better overall.  Philly will probably give him an extension to help the cap and let Fraley seek employment elsewhere.

Well, by your logic, you'd know how good or not good he is before Reid would even know what position he plays.

He looks great so far...running game improved a lot when he came in but I am mystified that he gets so many illegal procedure calls when he snaps the ball :boom

The more starts the more he learns.  He just switched over to C this season and I think he's certainly better physically at blocking.  The mental stuff will be learned just like Hank did when Bubba went down.

not true at all...reid knows his team...is as organized as anyone thats ever lived...the guy unfortunately doesnt know how to coach...and im not going to sit on this board and pretend that ive scouted jaamal jackson for the past two games and even if i had theres no possible way i could say whether hes a nfl starting center or not

Well... you understand that scouting and evaluating the starting/backup center is part of the coaching/GM thing that you've already claimed to be better than Reid at, right?

very much so and i would be better at it...point is tho even the best talent evaluator cannot judge someone on a few starts
