I don't trust DGunn to get the story right.  First it was the players went to Reid, who then moved to suspend TO.  Then it was the players had a meeting with TO in the room and they went to Reid to decided to suspend TO.  Now it seems like Reid decided to suspend TO alone and went to the players to let them know, and they showed support.

It doesn't mean that much but that DGunn was a little cocky last night with his reporting and Barkann was so frothy with McNabb that he didn't press DGunn for consistency in his story.

I actually felt bad for Didinger having to sit there with those morons last night.

I will probably burn my T.O. jersey.
The 2 of mine are in my kitchen garbage can as we speak.  I may take one back out to burn it.

Ouch... two?

the day after PC has been moved to 3:00pm.  is it just because it was a late game?  maybe they want to announce their final TO decision today and needed more time to talk get it all sorted out.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

I'm not worrying about the conspiracy theories around T.O. or whether or not he'll play for the Eagles again.

I am worried about whether or not we will look back on the 2005 season as a complete, top-to-bottom embarassment.

Let TO sit, I want to see more of Reggie Brown and McMullen. Wilber has really impressed me in very limited duty this year.

Luckily for me, I never bought a TO jersey.

This team needs to heal without T.O.'s presence in the locker room & hopefully they can come close fielding a team like they did last year.

I went out of my way last year to get an authentic Owens jersey signed & framed & just last night I contemplated bringing it down & dropping a big dookie on it.

I just want to go on record right now. No matter what happens this season, if they have given TO the boot for good, I am proud of this organization. They saw a weakness at WR and tried to remedy it. It worked in some ways, but failed in some fundamental ways that would never be good for the team. Although it took them a little too long, they realized that TO's stats were not worth the diseased atmosphere he brought with him, and have (hopefully) cut ties. This team will be better in the long run for it and I am no longer embarrassed because they have that assclown on the team.

I still say they go 10-6 but even if they don't I'm happy with them and I know that next year will see an improvement.

Saw this on EMB:

QuoteA person with a borderline personality disorder often experiences a repetitive pattern of disorganization and instability in self-image, mood, behavior and close personal relationships. This can cause significant distress or impairment in friendships and work. A person with this disorder can often be bright and intelligent, and appear warm, friendly and competent. They sometimes can maintain this appearance for a number of years until their defense structure crumbles, usually around a stressful situation like the breakup of a romantic relationship or the death of a parent.

Symptoms
Relationships with others are intense but stormy and unstable with marked shifts of feelings and difficulties in maintaining intimate, close connections. The person may manipulate others and often has difficulty with trusting others. There is also emotional instability with marked and frequent shifts to an empty lonely depression or to irritability and anxiety. There may be unpredictable and impulsive behavior which might include excessive spending, promiscuity, gambling, drug or alcohol abuse, shoplifting, overeating or physically self-damaging actions such as suicide gestures. The person may show inappropriate and intense anger or rage with temper tantrums, constant brooding and resentment, feelings of deprivation, and a loss of control or fear of loss of control over angry feelings. There are also identity disturbances with confusion and uncertainty about self-identity, sexuality, life goals and values, career choices, friendships. There is a deep-seated feeling that one is flawed, defective, damaged or bad in some way, with a tendency to go to extremes in thinking, feeling or behavior. Under extreme stress or in severe cases there can be brief psychotic episodes with loss of contact with reality or bizarre behavior or symptoms. Even in less severe instances, there is often significant disruption of relationships and work performance. The depression which accompanies this disorder can cause much suffering and can lead to serious suicide attempts.

After late games they do it later in the day. After MNF games they just wait until Wednesday because they end so late.

Anyone but Reid.

I wouldn't call any personality disorder T.O. has "borderline".

Wow. Peter King actually makes sense, complete with admonishment to Michael Irvin.

Good read.  :yay

Pretty much sums it up for me.
