anyway if anything drastic had happened with TO...ie suspension told to go home kicked off the team ect...it would have already been out there...this will be the same old garbage from andy...unless he read spads column today where upon he may announce the date and time of To's public castration

How so?  How would we already know?  You saying they'd just issue a release, say he's been suspended, and not make Reid available?

Maybe the delay is either A) he suspended TO and they got in a fight or B) Westbrook is putting his John Hancock on a contract
