What is up with all these jokers?  Can't they see that we have a great QB and the problem is gameplan, not the QB?

I am an optimist, but I've been calling for Reids' head for 3 seasons now.  I'm starting to think we'll miss the playoffs this year, Reid will be given a free pass because of the success we've had, and we'll miss the playoffs again next year.  All this could be solved by a good running game to take pressure off of McNabb and the wafer thin defense.

The problems come from both the gameplan and the injury.

its mostly the injury...but what reid has failed at and whats hes failed at in his whole career is adjusting his course of action...the injury should have long ago forced him to change his gameplan...and he simply hasnt done that...in fact hes gotten worse with it...which is baffling beyond belief

I haven't listened in over a week to anything but Jolovitz's show on Fri & Sat nights.

I did catch Cataldi ripping McNabb on his TV show but I turned it off.

McNabb catches too much heat in this town. It baffles me why Ron Jaworski is a God here and Donovan is blasted so much.

Same with Buddy vs. Reid.

PhillyGirl

Of course that screechy voiced, ugly and annoying mother farger was going to bash McNabb.

He was just WAITING for a chance to do so. Just like the start of 2003, and the Super Bowl. He THRIVES on it.

He's digusting.

i was too young to see him play, but i always remember hearing that he was booed too when he played.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

I hear the same thing too. But now he's looked at as a genius. Him, Vermiel and Buddy Ryan are all legends here.

But Reid and McNabb have equaled what Vermiel and Jaws did and Reid surpassed Buddy in a year and yet McNabb is ripped for being too passive, they say he's not smart that he's not a leader and all of that stupid shtein.

Sometimes I wonder if some fans would be more happy with a losing coach who speaks his mind versus a winning coach who keeps his thoughts to himself and the team because he refuses to throw a guy under the bus.

jaws was booed mercilessly...the difference is he didnt pout and hold it against the fans...he bucked up...of course theres a large segment of the eagle fan base whos going to root more for a big bearded everyman looking white guy over a brother...thats never going to change

i like mcnabb...moreso than jaworski even...but he does have some leadership and mental toughness issues

McNabb has done wonderful stuff for this team.  So has Reid.  But come on, they clearly shtein the bed occassionally.  Reid and clock management is a weekly nightmare.  McNabb has farged up on basic shtein the last couple of weeks.  Eating that sack in SD for instance, costing us a FG.  Throwing to LJ in the middle of the field, costing us another FG.  That farging pick in Denver which had no right being thrown.  Throw it away, get the 3 points, maintain momentum (and to all the people saying he should've thrown to Gordon, can it;  he obviously was pretty low on the progression, I can't fault McNabb for missing him).  Gotta have game awareness, and McNabb clearly loses that focus from time to time.  Maybe he just thinks he can always make a play, but he needs to play smarter sometimes.
Anyone but Reid.
