I actually was going to bench him as well, not because I thought he'd be shut down like that but out of general principle of benching anyone who's playing against the Eagles, but all my backups were on a bye week so I didn't have anyone else to bring in.

Well let's get the official tally from you all. Who is most to blame for the offensive struggles?

McNabb? I think he actually played ok. At one stretch he was like 23/24 or something.

Lack of run game?

Reid's play calling?

Protection issues?

Tally up your votes, I really want to disect what is wrong with this offense, because right now I'd give the nod to the lack of the run game. They HAVE to stick with it. Even if it sucks. The Chargers stuck with it, because they made the Eagles respect it. The other teams don't respect the Eagles.

im damn happy we won. i was jumping for joy but it wasnt a convincing win and yeah it leaves a lil to be desired for. our D and ST came up huge but can we count on them to do this every week? our offense has more than enough weapons to actually do more than score a single TD and mishandle the clock.

we cant just run once and when it doesnt produce a 20 yd gain never go back to it.

I wanted to add that there were so many Eagles fans watching at our pub today, they actually opened up an entire section out on the patio area to handle the overflow.

I've never seen that many Eagles fans in the nearly 14 years I've been going there. Man, was that fun when Ware ran back the blocked kick.
