provided in that he will accumulate the tools to grade the players...but reid will definitely at that point make his own evaluations that may differ greatly from heckerts...just as much of heckerts info will be provided by the scouts

what this really comes down to is how much input does hecket have in the actual selection of the players

Like I said before, if Heckert gets paid like a GM, has all-but final say, gets the league recognition as the true personnel chief of the Eagles, but gets very little of the blame if something goes wrong... a team would be hard-pressed to come up with a deal that would make him give it all up.
