The funny thing is TO wanted to get back in and score another TD on a bomb. He said on hsi radio show this game wasn't any more meaningful than any other game.

No more meaningful my ass. That would've been awesome though. Koy2TO4theTD.

Game notes: McNabbs 5 TD's were the second time he's done it, the first against Green Bay last year, Dec. 5. The 583 total yards is a team record, they had 582 against Cleveland Nov. 7, 1965. Koy Detmer was a perfect 9 for 9. Even our backups used and abused a pathetic Niners team. Eagles had 140 yards rushing. McNabb had a qb rating of 155.4, the highest of his career.

One more, the Niners only managed a weak 142 yards on offense.

McNabb's 1st touchdown to Owens is exactly why I hate when people bring up his running whenever they lose.  He could've been Mike Vick on that play and run and gotten the 1st down, taking a hit in the meanwhile.  Instead, he bought time and threw a touchdown pass.    His running is such an overblown criticism and it's the same standard crap that people whine about whenever they lose.

I'll go out on a limb and say that I believe the Eagles had a fairly productive game yesterday. 

Now, I'd usually charge for that insight, but I'll pass it along to you for free as part of my introductory offer.

Not sure if it was mentioned, but this is the first time we've beaten San Fran at home since 1975...  :o

Niners hungry hungry hippos were blabbing about that all week long. lol. We've only played them like 5 times though since then.
