I've never seen a team get so excited about an XP before. If Akers is done for a while I may have to pick up Simms to be my back up kicker. :paradoid.

From the looks of that hamstring, and from the score of the game, I doubt we'll see Akers again today.

Yeah, he's running pretty tough up the middle and has shown a little quickness on the edge too.

I didn't realize he has the speed he has. I am definitely feeling much more comfortable with the run game after watching him today.
