Alright, here is were I eat crow.

I've been wrong before, and I was wrong when I thought Vick was gonna' be a championship qb. He isn't half the qb I thought he'd be at this point in his career. The excuse could be made that he had no recievers, but that don't wash, especially when you look at what a real pro-bowl championship quarterback like McNabb has done with next to nothing for recievers until TO. Vick just doesn't seem to have what it takes to be a great NFL qb. He has the physical tools, great arm, great scrambling ability, but like a Eagle qb from the past with the same tools, ala Cunningham, he doesn't have the savy to get over the hump and do what it takes to win consistantly in the NFL.

Atlanta does nuthin' against the fine tuned demolition crew that is the Eagles defense. I'm going with PhillyPhreak54, and calling a shutout.

Eagles bully the falcons on their home turk on National TV. Philly makes a statement in this game to the falcons & the rest of the NFL that were for real & the team to beat....as if they didn't know that already but it would be nice to remind those pathetic frauds.

Yeah I definately agree. Eagles are just to good for the Falcons to compete w/. This game will be over by 1/2 time & the Eagles will start the season w/ an impressive 1-0 record.
