no penalty...you can come off the ground as youre hitting or in your follow thru...but you cant leap into the person

elbows are generally allowed as long as they arent to the dome piece

Great Game.  That last 5 minutes was pure playoff hockey.  Kappanen and Handzus 2 nights in a row connecting for the ot game winner and assist

pretty funny...forsberg was horrendous the first half of the game...got benched for a shift...then played like he was possesed after that...he made some sick passes in the third period

i have to think he was protesting the first half of the game because of what hitch said about the first line a couple nights ago...so hitch was like well then not only are you not playing with gange and knuble your arent playing at all...
