Kevin Johnson has done more in this league than Pinkston has to his credit. He was the Brown's leading receiver for a couple years, and does have experience with Mcnabb.

Wh-wh-what?  :o

Well I guess if there was a Team Pinkston, I'd be his sponser.

I've spent the last 3 years defending Pinkston from all this haters, and as someone pointed out, he was what he was....a solid #2 WR when he played next to a solid #1. He will be missed, but I do believe one or both of Greg and Reggie will step up this year.

Its sad, neither of my favorite players are looking like they'll be Eagles much longer.

As for soemone calling Corey Simon and underacheiver....Maybe in work ethic, but as Ray Diddy pointed out, he is a top 6-8 DT in the league. ESPECIALLY when it comes to pass rushing. He wasn't a liability against the run, he just hasn't been a real run stuffer. He put up I think it was 24 sacks in his first 4-5 years, which is more then Jerome Brown did in his first 4-5, and more then 95% DT's active in the league have done in a 5 year period.

Walker isn't as good without Simon next to him.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Walker played just fine while Simon played like shtein last year for the first half of the season.

Yeah while Simon was eating up the double teams with his out of shape ass. Simon's proven he can do it next to any DT. Walker hasn't. If Simon doesn't play, he'll have his chance to prove himself.

Then again he might be playing some end :-X

it really all depends on what you definition of "#2" is

Well there you go.  Greg Lewis and Reggie Brown, you just got a hell of a lot more important.

One question, since everything else revolves around TO .....

What was TO's gut reaction when he heard about Pinky?
The NFL old standard.

While James Thrash was here? 42 catches for 600 yards and 60 catches for 735 yards and 7 TD's.

With TO here? Run down the field, catch a deep ball here and there, maybe a few 15 and outs....That's all we needed our #2 to do.

I don't count 2003 as that was an off year for the whole damn offense minus the 3 headed monster.

while TO's all about himself, i highly doubt he felt anything but bad for his teammate.  He doesn't seem like a hate monger.

Nicely put, Lad. And honestly? I don't give a shtein what TO thinks. Why should ANYONE care what he thinks? Let him play football and catch TDs. We don't need to all be his armchair shrinks.

what the hell.   The Pats have won 3 superbowls with average overall WR talent.  What me worry.

WEST is GOD

If you don't like the KJ idea then there must be someone out there that you do want. Even if say, Reggie Brown were to start, the Eagles would still sign someone for depth. So who do you want? Does anyone have a list of FA WRs still available?

What about Bradford and Troy Edwards? They still out there?
THIS SEASON IS OVER AND ANDY'S WORLD IS GRIDL

Offseason needs: 2 DEs, 1 DT, 1 OL, 2 LBs, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 KR.

4and26

Like him or not you just have to feel sorry for him! :'(

Mad-Lad

don't ever mention Troy Edwards' name again.

he's a douche.

Hello? Reggie Brown starting? Are you forgetting Greg Lewis for some reason?
